This term we are doing lots of fun and cool activities. Coming up soon the grade 5’s have a camp and we have to walk up Boronia peak It’s going to be tough. We’re also going to be doing camp cooking, low ropes and on the last day we’re going to the Halls Gap Zoo In inquiry we are studying Asia. We had a food festival day. Each class had to cook food from different countries in Asia. My class cooked San choy bow which is a Vietnamese dish. It was my favourite out of all of them. We have also been doing relay practice. In 100 metres I came third. I came third in 800 metres too.I was one away from inter schools. In writing I’ve been doing persuasive writing to get ready for Naplan. Also in reading. we’ve been making sure we understand the story and be able to summarise it.

On the 21/10/13 all the 3/4s went to Melbourne zoo. I liked it when we saw the lizard lay eggs. I saw it lay 8

My writing goal is to write up to 5 paragraphs or more and to use a dictionary and a thesaurus.

My reading goal is to use punctuation.

My math goal is to round decimal numbers to the nearest units.

On the holiday Connor came to my house and I fell in the spa .We also played the Xbox.

Technology and Design Goal for term 3 is to be creative when using a variety of technology resources to produce stop motion animation  and Movies about a given topic.
